LinXi Tech ships orders using international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS, providing reliable delivery to the United States and Canada.
1. Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of two stages: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, including order verification, picking, and packaging. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our team will notify you with an updated timeline. -

2. Customs & Delivery Options
Certain products may require import-related procedures depending on local regulations. Standard shipments are arranged under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
If customers prefer a more streamlined delivery process, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service may be available upon request, subject to shipment details and local regulations. Our team will confirm feasibility and related charges prior to shipment.
3. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are trackable through the carrier’s official tracking system. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Optional shipping insurance is available to help protect against loss or damage during transit. In the event of an issue, our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Order Tracking
After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a link to the carrier’s tracking website, allowing you to monitor your delivery status at any time.
