LinxiTech offers a 30-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your order, subject to the terms below.
Returns
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact info@linxitechit.com for return authorization.
Authorized returns should be sent to our regional warehouse in Hong Kong. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item caused by LinxiTech.
Exchanges
